The County of Marin and MCFDFA representatives have conducted eight bargaining sessions. The parties have passed proposals on holidays, wages, equity, leave, uniforms, classification, hours, training, differentials, health benefits, and contract language clean up, among others. The parties continue to discuss outstanding proposals and will return to the bargaining table on June 9, 2022.
